Rose and Gary Neeleman represent 65 years of a love affair with Brazil. Gary was an international correspondent for United Press International in Brazil and friend of President Juscelino Kubistchek. 

During his work as a journalist, he met hundreds of influential Brazilian politicians, authorities, and journalists.

Rose & Gary is a biographical documentary about the history of the Neeleman’s family, their love for Brazil, their service to the Brazilian people and their dedication to their adopted country.

Brazilianists, Rose and Gary wrote several books together, including one about the Amazon and the Rubber Cycle, the confederate migration to Brazil, and about Brazilian cooking.
